If a product I bought from you breaks down, how long can I contact you to fix it?

Every item we sell comes with a warranty card. The coupon contains the date of sale and the warranty period.

How to place an order online?

There are several options for ordering online. All of them are incredibly simple! 1. Quick order. You need to click on the “Buy in 1 click” button (to the right of the product photo), enter your name and phone number in the window that appears, and then click on “Send request”. 2. Complete order. Just click on the "Buy" button and follow the instructions.

How to place an order by phone?

How to cancel the order?

Payment, delivery and product guarantee

Can I personally come to your store and buy goods?

Yes, sure. You can pick up the goods yourself at the address: Kharkov, metro station Constitution Square, pl. Pavlovskaya, 8. However, it should be borne in mind that we are physically unable to place the entire range in the store, so before arriving you should check with the manager for the availability of goods. If it is not there, it will take some time until we move it to the store for you.

Can I pay for the goods at the post office upon receipt, that is, cash on delivery?

Yes, this payment option is possible, but it is discussed in advance with the manager at the time of ordering.

What is the warranty on the product I purchased?

You can see the warranty period in the product description, "Warranty" tab. All products are accompanied by our warranty card.
