Terms of warranty service for the online store "YAKNOVIY"

In the "YAKNOVIY" online store, all products meet the standards of certification in Ukraine, have a guarantee and are serviced.

Warranty service is carried out in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights".

If the consumer receives a request to eliminate product defects free of charge, this is carried out within 14 days from the moment of the request or according to another term agreed by the parties.

The warranty starts from the moment when the buyer received the goods;

in the event that the product is broken through no fault of the consumer, the obligation of the "YAKNOVIY" store is to correct the defects of the product free of charge. If technical problems of the product occur due to the user's fault, he pays the full cost of the repair;

warranty service is provided only with the presence of operating documents and the integrity of the manufacturer's seals.

When it's not a warranty case

  1. There is no documentation, the malfunction is the result of user activity.
  2. There are mechanical, thermal, chemical or other defects.
  3. The device was used with unlicensed software.
  4. The product is damaged due to improper use.
  5. There was an arbitrary intervention of the user in the case (the integrity of the product was violated).

Cases not covered by warranty

The warranty does not apply:

  • for spare parts and consumables with a natural expiration date (for example, batteries);
  • if certain or all equipment options are inadvertently blocked;
  • for updating the software, which is carried out without physical intervention in the device;
  • in cases where other equipment is damaged.

Additional conditions

  • While the defective device is under warranty repair, the user is provided with the same one (with certain exceptions);
  • lost profit and indirect costs incurred in connection with the defect are not reimbursed;
  • transport costs are covered by the buyer without reimbursement.

Under what conditions is it possible to exchange goods

If the non-food product is of proper quality, it can be exchanged for the same one, provided that it is of inappropriate size, shape, color and other reasons, due to which it cannot be used for its intended purpose.

The consumer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one or terminate the sales contract with a full refund within 14 days. But provided that:

  • the product appearance has been preserved, the product has not been used;
  • according to the installation by the manufacturer, all seals, original packaging, labels are intact;
  • a document on the payment for the goods is on hands.

Product return

If the consumer went to the store to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a similar one, and it is not available, he can buy another product from the available catalog. At the same time, the cost is recalculated. Or the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract, and the store will refund the amount of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one as soon as it goes on sale.

The consumer can submit a return request either at the point of sale of the product or at the service center.

In case of termination of the sales contract, the refund is made at the cost at the time of purchase. On the day of the application, and when this is not possible - at another time agreed by both parties. But within 7 days. If the product has increased in price, the consumer receives a refund in the amount of the price at the time of the request. In the case of a decrease in value - according to the price of the product at the time of purchase.

All goods that cannot be exchanged (returned) according to legislation are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
